As HR Director, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing an HR strategy supporting the business units of the Citymesh Group
- Talent management : recruitment, hiring, retention, on/offboarding
- Contributing to the development of a strong employer-branding
- Safeguarding compensations & benefits
- Managing the monthly payroll administration
- Organising internal & external training programs to stimulate the growth of all personnel
- The yearly budget of the HR cost center and report on relevant HR KPI’s
- Coaching the HR team and guiding them in their growth trajectory
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive individual with a broad interest in
human resources, technology and telecom, who is willing to go the Next Level together with the HR Team.
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant HR field (or equivalent through experience)
- You have more than 5 years of experience in the broad spectrum involving soft and hard HR responsibilities
- You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
- As a people manager, you have strong communication skills allowing to guide, inspire and influence others.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently and you can manage in French
- You are a person of integrity with a healthy entrepreneurial mentality
