As a Pre-Sales Expert, you will be responsible for designing a wide variety of solutions for and with our customers. The proposed solutions range from a simple Lan and Wifi solution to an advanced (5G) Mobile Private Network.

As Pre-Sales Expert you join the Citymesh Belgium Team and you are responsible to assist the Market Managers with the development of technical concepts with a correct price/quality ratio in mind and to defend these to customers and prospects.

IDEAL MATCH

To help manage the growth of the company, the Pre-Sales expert provides:
- You identify the technical needs of customers and prospects and on this basis, elaborate them into a technical design with focus on quality and feasibility
- You pay attention to the correct estimation of the budget of the prospect or customer and propose an adapted solution accordingly
- You assist the Market Manager in representing the projects to prospects and customers
- You provide technical support to your colleagues of the Direct and Partner sales team
- You maintain a technical relationship with specific existing customers and offer them support where necessary
- You participate in the response to RFIs and/or RFPs

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a person with broad interest in telecom and technology, and also has the drive to go Next Level in his/her job.
‍
- You have a bachelor or master degree in ICT or Telecommunications or equivalent through experience
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Pre-sales environment
- Knowledge of the market: LAN, Wifi, Cybersecurity and (private) cellular networks
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an added advantage
- You are communicative and able to think proactively with the customer and prospect
- You can explain technical aspects in an understandable way, both in writing and in presentations
- You are a person of integrity and a team player but can also work independently. Multitasking is not unknown to you
- You are flexible, stress resistant and can easily deal with deadlines
